We are a Shopify Plus agency based in the UK and we are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team. The position will be hybrid, working remotely and in our Birmingham-based office. Our number one value is delivering great service, and we are looking for someone who shares that value and can build meaningful and long-term relationships with our clients. We are a small but growing company, so we are looking for somebody who thrives in that environment, working with our clients on an ongoing basis to help them achieve their e-commerce goals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a small agency and make a huge difference to the company and our clients with your knowledge and expertise. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Building strong and meaningful relationships with a range of D2C clients (skincare, fashion, and lifestyle).Increasing the value of your client base by uncovering new areas of opportunity.Offering strategic recommendations and e-commerce consultancy to your clients.Collaborating with your colleagues within the agency (Design, Development, QA) to produce beautiful work.Reporting successes to clients and demonstrating a clear ROI.WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
